An employer who hires a foreigner is responsible for the legality of their work. The procedure depends on citizenship: for citizens of Ukraine a notification is enough, for citizens of Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Armenia there is a simplified declaration on entrusting work, and everyone else needs a permit.
What we prepare
- Notification of employment of a Ukrainian citizen through praca.gov.pl: filed within 7 days of the start of work.
- Declaration on entrusting work for citizens of Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Armenia.
- Type A or B work permit.
- Contract, ZUS registration, personnel file.
- A1 certificate if the employee goes on a business trip to another EU country.
We prepare the documents and file them under your power of attorney. We do not recruit workers: that is a licensed activity of employment agencies.
