We are an accounting bureau for small and medium-sized businesses in Poland: sole traders (JDG), small and mid-sized limited companies and foreign-owned firms. We belong to the MK Audit Group, which has worked in accounting and audit since 2000.
What we know well
- Choosing a tax form for a JDG: we calculate flat-rate, scale and linear tax on the client’s real numbers before registration.
- ZUS for new businesses: start-up relief, reduced ZUS, health contribution and the annual settlement.
- VAT, VAT-UE and OSS for businesses selling across the EU or invoicing foreign clients.
- KSeF and JPK: setup, access rights and monthly filings.
- Full bookkeeping for companies: CIT, including Estonian CIT, and annual statements filed with KRS.
- Payroll and HR, including employing foreign staff.
- Monthly reporting packs for a foreign parent company.
- Taking over books from another accountant and fixing neglected bookkeeping.
Where our experience comes from
For many years the MK Audit Group has reviewed other companies’ books as an auditor. We know where mistakes usually happen and what they cost, so we keep books that raise no questions from the tax office or the bank. MK Audit Ukraine is a member of DFK International.
How we work
- A fixed monthly fee in the contract, questions by message included.
- By the 15th of each month you get the tax and ZUS amounts with ready payment details.
- We handle correspondence with the tax office and ZUS.
- If a penalty results from our mistake, we pay it.
What we do not do
We do not represent clients in court and do not provide tax advisory services within the meaning of Polish law; that is work for lawyers and licensed tax advisers. We do not provide statutory audit in Poland. If you need such a specialist, we will tell you whom to contact.
We work online across Poland and meet clients in Warsaw by appointment.
