Foreigners receive the 800+ benefit if they meet the conditions: legal residence, living with the child in Poland, and for Ukrainian citizens from 1 February 2026 (for other non-EU foreigners from 1 June 2026) also professional activity and the child attending a Polish school. The application is filed only electronically, through ZUS.
