A JDG (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) is the Polish sole proprietorship. Registration in CEIDG is free and online, but mistakes at the start cost money later: the wrong PKD code, the wrong tax form, a missed ZUS deadline. We take care of it.
What registration includes
- We check your right to a JDG based on your residence status: since 5 March 2026 it depends on the type of document.
- We choose PKD codes for your type of business.
- We calculate tax under ryczałt, the tax scale and liniowy on your numbers: you see the difference in zloty and choose yourself.
- CEIDG-1 application, tax form choice, ZUS registration and VAT-R if needed.
- Setting up profil zaufany or an electronic signature if you do not have one yet.
How it works
- You write to us and briefly describe what you will do.
- You send a photo of your passport and residence document, and your address.
- We prepare the application and you sign it online.
- In 1-3 working days the JDG is in the register, NIP and REGON are issued.
How much it costs
Free if we sign a one-year bookkeeping contract. The calculator on this page shows the cost of monthly bookkeeping. The price is fixed in the contract for a year, additional services are agreed separately.

Can I register a JDG without a PESEL?
A JDG needs a PESEL. If you do not have one, we will help you get it, it is one of our document services.
Which tax form should I choose?
That is your decision. We show the calculation under all three forms on your numbers so the choice is informed.
Do I have to visit the tax office?
No. Everything is filed online, signed with profil zaufany or your bank login.
