We keep the books of sole traders (JDG) and companies in Częstochowa, in English and entirely online. - Residence card. You apply to the voivode of your place of residence, which for the Śląskie province is the Śląski Urząd Wojewódzki w Katowicach. Since 27 April 2025 applications are filed online through the MOS system.

Do I need to come to an office?
No. You send documents as photos, sign online and we file electronically. Our office is in Warsaw at Kasprzaka 29C, meetings by appointment.
I am opening a construction JDG as a subcontractor. What should I watch on invoices?
Construction services are in Annex 15 to the VAT Act: on an invoice to a business above 15,000 zł gross, split payment is mandatory and the invoice must say «mechanizm podzielonej płatności». We set up invoicing from your first job.
How do I apply for a residence card if I live in Częstochowa?
You file the application online through MOS and the Śląski Urząd Wojewódzki w Katowicach decides on it. We prepare the financial part: tax office and ZUS certificates, reports and the income calculation of your JDG or company.
