We keep the books of sole traders (JDG) and companies in Bydgoszcz, in English and entirely online. Local offices
- Tax office. For a JDG the urząd skarbowy follows your place of residence. There are several in Bydgoszcz and we identify yours from your address.

- Residence card. You apply to the voivode of your place of residence, which for the Kujawsko-Pomorskie province is the Kujawsko-Pomorski Urząd Wojewódzki w Bydgoszczy. Since 27 April 2025 applications are filed online through the MOS system.

Do I need to come to an office?
No. You send documents as photos, sign online and we file electronically. Our office is in Warsaw at Kasprzaka 29C, meetings by appointment.
I opened a JDG to sell online. Do I need a cash register?
It depends on the goods, payment method and delivery. Sales paid to a bank account and shipped by courier are often exempt from the fiscal register, but some goods require one from the first sale. We check your case before you start.
How do I apply for a residence card if I live in Bydgoszcz?
You file the application online through MOS and the Kujawsko-Pomorski Urząd Wojewódzki w Bydgoszczy decides on it. We prepare the financial part: tax office and ZUS certificates, reports and the income calculation of your JDG or company.
