We keep the books of sole traders (JDG) and companies in Łódź, in English and entirely online. We do not have a separate office in Łódź and you will not need one: you send invoices as photos, sign with profil zaufany and we file electronically. Local offices
- Tax office. For a JDG the urząd skarbowy follows your place of residence. There are several in Łódź and we identify yours from your address.
- ZUS and tax online. We file through PUE ZUS and e-Urząd Skarbowy, so you never need to visit.
- Residence card. You apply to the voivode of your place of residence, which for the Łódzkie province is the Łódzki Urząd Wojewódzki w Łodzi. Since 27 April 2025 applications are filed online through the MOS system.

Do I need to come to an office?
No. You send documents as photos, sign online and we file electronically. Our office is in Warsaw at Kasprzaka 29C, meetings by appointment.
I sell online from Łódź to customers in other EU countries. What about VAT?
Once sales to consumers in other EU countries exceed 10,000 EUR a year, VAT is charged at the buyer’s country rate, and the OSS scheme is the simplest way to handle it. We register you and file the quarterly OSS returns. Details: OSS in Poland.
How do I apply for a residence card if I live in Łódź?
You file the application online through MOS and the Łódzki Urząd Wojewódzki w Łodzi decides on it. We prepare the financial part: tax office and ZUS certificates, reports and the income calculation of your JDG or company.
