If you help foreigners and entrepreneurs in Poland with legalisation, law, relocation or starting a business, sooner or later your clients ask about an accountant. We cover that part, and you focus on yours.
Who it suits
- Advocates, legal advisers (radcy prawni) and law firms working with businesses and foreigners.
- Legalisation agencies and relocation consultants.
- Consulting and marketing agencies that support entrepreneurs.
- Business schools, courses and entrepreneur communities.
What your clients get
- JDG and sp. z o.o. registration, choosing a tax form on their numbers.
- Bookkeeping, ZUS, VAT, VAT-UE and KSeF at a fixed price in the contract.
- HR and payroll, including for foreign employees.
- Financial documents for a residence card through a business.
- Switching from another accountant with no break in reporting.
How it works
- You recommend us to a client or introduce us in a group chat.
- We consult the client free of charge and name the price before the contract.
- The client works with us directly. If they agree, we keep you updated on the status.
- Clients who need legalisation, a lawyer or representation we refer to you.
Terms
With advocates and legal advisers we work on mutual referrals: their professional ethics do not allow payment for clients. With agencies, consultants and communities we discuss a fee for each client who signs a bookkeeping contract. We put the terms in writing.
What we do not do
We do not provide legal services, do not handle legalisation and do not represent clients in court. So we are not competitors to lawyers and legalisation agencies, we complement their work.
We are the Polish practice of the MK Audit international audit and accounting group, in audit and accounting since 2000. We work online across Poland and meet in person in Warsaw.
Write a few words about yourself and your clients, and we will discuss how best to work together.
