We serve clients in Wroclaw (Wrocław) and across Poland, entirely in English if that is what you prefer. A strong IT and manufacturing base with one of the largest Ukrainian communities in Poland means a lot of people here work on B2B contracts or run a small company, and most of them never needed Polish accounting vocabulary before.
What we handle for clients in Wroclaw
- JDG registration and monthly bookkeeping on ryczałt or KPiR.
- Sp. z o.o. setup, full accounting and the annual report to the KRS.
- VAT registration, monthly JPK_V7 filings and KSeF authorisations.
- Payroll for your first employees, including foreign staff.
- The financial documents a residence card application needs.
You do not need to come to an office
Everything works remotely. You photograph invoices and send them in a messenger, we file electronically, and before every deadline you get the amount due with a ready transfer. If you would rather meet in person, we can meet in Warsaw.
Prices are the same wherever you are based in Poland: they depend on your legal form, VAT status and document volume, not on your postcode.
Frequently asked questions
Do you speak English at every stage, not just in sales?
Yes. The accountant who keeps your books writes to you directly in English. Official filings are in Polish because the law requires it, and we explain what each one says.
I am moving to Wroclaw next month. When should I contact you?
Before you sign the first contract. The tax form you choose at registration is hard to change mid-year, and the first invoice date affects your VAT and ZUS obligations. A thirty minute conversation before the start usually saves several months of corrections.
