I am opening a construction JDG as a subcontractor. What should I watch on invoices?
Construction services are in Annex 15 to the VAT Act: on an invoice to a business above 15,000 zł gross, split payment is mandatory and the invoice must say «mechanizm podzielonej płatności». We set up invoicing from your first job.
