When you apply for temporary residence on the basis of a business, the voivodeship office looks at whether the business generates income and pays its taxes and contributions. The exact list depends on the basis and the voivodeship, but the financial part is almost always similar.

What is usually requested

  • Certificates of no arrears from the urząd skarbowy and from ZUS.
  • Annual PIT or CIT returns for previous years.
  • An extract from the revenue ledger or a financial statement for the current year.
  • Confirmation that taxes and contributions have been paid.
  • For a spółka: an extract from KRS, contracts and confirmation of income sufficient for living costs.

How to prepare

The key thing is to file your reports on time and have no debts. A certificate of no arrears will not be issued even for a small underpayment, and correcting it takes time. Start preparing documents 1-2 months before you apply.

We prepare the financial part for your basis of stay: residence card through a business and certificates from the tax office and ZUS.
