We register a JDG (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza, the Polish sole proprietorship) for clients in Rzeszów in 1-3 working days with no visit to any office: the CEIDG application is filed online and you sign with profil zaufany or your bank. Who can register a JDG
The right to run a JDG depends on your residence document, and since 5 March 2026 the rules changed for some holders of UKR status. We check your document before filing. Details: who can register a JDG after 5 March 2026. You need a PESEL number.
How it works
- You write to us and briefly describe your business.
- You send a photo of your passport, your residence document and your address in Rzeszów.
- We choose PKD codes and calculate tax under ryczałt, the tax scale and liniowy on your numbers. You choose the form.
- We prepare CEIDG-1, ZUS registration and VAT-R if needed. You sign online.
- In 1-3 working days the JDG is registered and NIP and REGON are issued.
Address and offices
- Tax office. For a JDG the urząd skarbowy follows your place of residence. There are several in Rzeszów and we identify yours from your address.
- Business address. You can use your home address, with a separate correspondence address or a virtual office if you prefer.
- ZUS. Registration and contributions are handled online through PUE ZUS, no branch visits.

How much it costs
