We register a sp. z o.o., the Polish limited liability company, with its registered office in Warsaw, online through S24 or with a notary. Our office is at Kasprzaka 29C in Warsaw, meetings by appointment, but you do not have to come.
What registration includes
- PKD codes and structure: who holds the shares and who sits on the management board.
- Articles of association on the S24 template, or with a notary if you need custom terms.
- Entry in the KRS register, NIP and REGON.
- Beneficial owner filing with CRBR within 14 days of the KRS entry.

Registered office in Warsaw
A company needs a registered office address: an office, a flat with the owner’s consent or a virtual office in Warsaw. The registered office decides the company’s tax office. The owners can live in another city or country.
Foreign owners and directors

Can I register a company in Warsaw if I live elsewhere?
Yes. What matters is the company’s registered office, not where the owners live.
S24 or a notary?
S24 is faster and cheaper if the standard articles suit you. A notary is needed for custom terms, for example on share transfers or contributions in kind.
What do I do after the KRS entry?
File the beneficial owners with CRBR within 14 days, open a bank account, register for VAT if needed and keep full accounting books from day one.
