We are a Polish accounting office (biuro rachunkowe) that works in English. We take over bookkeeping, VAT, ZUS and payroll so you can run your business instead of reading tax regulations in a language you are still learning.
What we do
- Bookkeeping: KPiR, ryczałt and full accounting for limited companies, with monthly VAT, PIT, CIT and JPK filings.
- Company setup: JDG in CEIDG in one to three days, or a sp. z o.o. through S24 or a notary.
- VAT: registration, VAT-UE, OSS, and VAT for non-resident companies with stock in Poland.
- Payroll and HR: employment contracts, civil law contracts, ZUS, PIT-11, and paperwork for foreign employees.

How much it costs

What changes in 2026
Three things affect almost every business in Poland this year. KSeF, the national e-invoicing system, becomes mandatory for VAT payers on 1 April 2026, and receiving invoices through it starts on 1 February. The VAT exemption threshold rose from 200,000 zł to 240,000 zł on 1 January 2026. ZUS reliefs still apply in sequence: ulga na start, then preferencyjny ZUS at 456.18 zł against the full 1,773.96 zł, then mały ZUS plus.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with clients outside Warsaw?
Yes. Everything runs remotely: you send photos or scans of invoices through a messenger or upload them to your client area, and we handle filings electronically. Most of our clients never visit the office.
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes. You sign a contract with us and withdraw the power of attorney from the previous office. We collect the documents, reconcile the balances and review the filings already submitted this year. The handover usually takes three working days and starts at the beginning of a month.
